Saptamana trecuta am experimentat urzici…le-am fiert si am incercat sa le transform intrun fel de piure comestibil. Rezultatul a fost indoielnic, deci nu cred ca mai repet experienta curand. Frunze de papadie in salata…un deziderat mai vechi, dar netransformat in certitudine pana-n prezent. Astazi insa, am mancat leurda pentru prima data in viata mea…nu si laptuci deocamdata. In timp ce spalam cu mare atentie frunzele de leurda ma gandeam ca: loboda am mancat, salate de tot felul da, verdeturi de toate denumirile da, in curand nu mai am ce incerca…mi-am amintit ca in Cipru dupa “hors d’oeuvre” se aduce pe masa un platou imens cu frunze si radacini de tot felul; bogatia Pamantului…dar esti atentionat ca felul principal abia dupa aceea urmeaza…cam mult pentru un singur stomac, dupa parerea mea.
In concluzie, leurda mi-a placut; are gust de usturoi verde, iar in salata e chiar delicioasa.
Later edit: Am fost la biserica de lemn din cartier. Biserica era inconjurata de vanzatorii de crengi si matisori de salcie…ma intreb daca au mai ramas crengi de salcie prin pomi…a inceput sa ploua…e frig, astazi nu a iesit Soarele deloc.
